Healthy mode of life

Actually, there is no way for us to talk about the healthy mod of life if considering the whole ecological stuff we have today. But, we still have a chance to improve at least a tiny something. And that tiny something is our health in some way. So, you know that ecology is terrible today and so let’s not make things worth with the way of life we have. First of all people have to refuse all those pernicious habits they have. There is no place for smoking and drinking in case you want to be healthy. And there should be a place for sport in your life. In most cases people are working at offices and they are immovable the whole day long and that makes their muscles weak. They need to go for sport in order to keep their bodies in fit. And people should also care about the food they eat and about the way they eat it. There is no way for people to poison their bodies with tasty and fast-cooking but harmful stuff. People should say no to night lunches and food from fast-food restaurants. So, healthy mode of life means sport and diet.

Don’t let infection spoil your holiday!

The number of visits to doctors of people complaining of food poisoning and intestinal infections doubled during summer period. We should know the main rules that may help us to avoid infections before health problems committed. We need to abandon the possibility of eating exotic dishes, the raw meat used as a condiment, as an example, steaks with blood, barbecues and other meat dishes which are not processed enough. If you went on travel, it is better to avoid accidental cafeterias and snack bars; you should eat only in restaurants recommended by your tourist company. Do not drink water from the tubing ands and wells.
Be careful even with ice cubes which often are served to drinks. Do not buy products from random people in spontaneous street trading. Do not eat raw fish and seafood. Please adhere to a rule of personal hygiene: wash your hands before eating and do not forget to clean your teeth regularly. Be sure you wash fruit and vegetables with boiled water; do not swallow water during bathing. Avoid swimming in small pools or stagnant reservoir. The infection is able to spoil our summer holidays, so take care of yourself and your loved ones and enjoy your holiday!

Effects of Stress on health and psychological well being

Stress is the single most common health hazard that figures prominently in many national health surveys as the root cause for most ailments along with smoking and alcohol abuse. Stress can be brought on by a variety of factors like work which overburdens and limits time for recreational activities, bereavement or loss of a loved one, a divorce or a marriage that is due or even simply do to too many things on the mind at a time. Even though stress has so many harmful side effects, it has become an unavoidable fact permeating the fabric of our daily lives. Everybody has experienced stress at one time or the other, either at work or because of personal reasons.

Stress causes a wide variety of discomforts like insomnia, anxiety, indigestion, headaches and may result in a severe break down of one’s mental faculties when constantly subjected to it. Stress can also contribute to chronic illnesses such as heart diseases and mental depression. High stress at ones work place can adversely affect family life and may cause fissures in relationships. There are many techniques to alleviate stress and beat its associated ill effects. Techniques like meditation and pranayama, or breathing exercises can be employed effective to this end. Attending counseling sessions and avoiding possible scenarios that might pile on your stress levels also help. One can tackle stress at the work place by trying to shoulder only the least possible responsibility or by staying away from irritating colleagues. Of course this comes with the price of affecting ones career, but wouldn’t a person rather be sane than successful and raving mad.

Insurance Of Health

State health insurance is often a very poor substitute for the health insurance that many full time employees of the middle to upper class receive. Health insurance determines our health more than our doctors do. Physicians are not permitted to order tests and treatments that are not life saving without the permission from the health insurance company, and all too often someone is left to suffer needlessly as a result of health insurance that won’t pay. While the poverty stricken is the most likely to suffer from a lack of health insurance, there is a growing trend of similar proportions among middle to upper class who receive health insurance through their place of employment.

When health insurance companies dictate our health we are all just a little worse off. Medical care costs are extreme and can easily wipe out a family that is well enough insured. There is a rising problem throughout the world when it comes to providing adequate care to those in need of life evolving solutions. Insurance companies needlessly hold patients with potentially terminal illnesses to a different standard than those who have a record of clean health. Insurance companies also determine the worth of a limb lost as well as the body’s most appropriate body weight. The health insurance industry has some very well paid representatives while the cost of care is perpetually skimped upon and patients are left to suffer. Health insurance for the poor is even more disconcerting, and the state offers very little progress and hope in this area.
